450例肿瘤患者贫血状况分析

摘要 目的了解肿瘤患者贫血发生状况及与化疗的关系。方法对2005年5月～2008年5月住院的450例肿瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果肿瘤患者贫血发生率为54.7%,其中轻度贫血的发生率为36.44%,中度为14.66%,重度为3.33%。接受化疗的病人中,贫血发生率最高为77%。结论提示肿瘤病人的贫血发生率很高,应引起医生的重视,早期治疗。
