摘要
目的建立甲硝唑氯己定含漱液中甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法使用紫外分光光度法测定甲硝唑的含量。本品以水为溶剂,在320nm的波长处测定吸收度。结果甲硝唑线性范围为4.2～14.6μg.mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=3)为99.6%。结论方法简便,结果准确,适用于该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of metronidazole in the gargling liquid of chlorhexidine containing metronidazole. METHODS Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Metronidazole. The absorption of the sample which was aqueous solution was measured at 320nm. RESULTS The linear range was 4.2-14.6μg·mL^-1（r= 0.9998） and the average recovery was 99.6% （n = 3） for metronidazole. CONCLUSION This method is convenient, accurate, and suitable for quality control of compound metronidazole chlorhexidine gargling liquid.
