摘要
目的观察茶多酚对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)静脉注射(30mg.kg-1)并给予高热量饮食的方法复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型,以茶多酚、二甲双胍分别进行治疗10周,测量体重、空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、血脂等指标。结果模型组体重、血脂高于正常对照组,胰岛素敏感指数明显低于正常对照组;与模型组比,茶多酚、二甲双胍组体重、血脂降低,胰岛素敏感指数升高。结论茶多酚具有增加胰岛素敏感性和降血脂作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Camelliasinensis on insulin resistance. METHODS The type 2 diabetic rats were induced by the intravenous injection of Streptozotocin (30mg·kg^-1) and high caloric diet. The animals were treated with camelliasinensis, metformin for 10 weeks respectively. The body weight, fasting blood glucose, serum insulin level, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and blood lipids were determined. RESULTS It was demonstrated that the body weight, blood lipids in model group were higher than those of the normal contrl group and ISI lower. Compared with model group, the body weight, blood lipids in both camelliasinensis and metformin groups were decreased, while ISI raised. CONCLUSION It is suggested that Camelliasinensis has the effects of raising insulin sensitivity and reducing blood lipids.
