摘要
目的研制一种抗菌中药挥发油软膏的制备并对其体外抗菌活性进行研究。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莪术、肉桂、大蒜、艾叶四种中药的挥发油,并通过乳化方法制备得到o/w软膏,并进行体外抗菌试验探讨。结果该软膏细腻,稳定,涂抹分散性较好,体外抗菌实验表明具有一定的抗菌活性。结论该软膏剂制备工艺可行,性质稳定,具有一定的抗菌效用。
OBJECTIVE To prepare one ointment using volatile oil in traditional Chinese drug it was studied in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Saccharomyces cereviseae.METHODS Using wet distillation to extract the volatile oil of Zedoray Rhizome,Cortex Cinnamomi,Garlic,Folium,Artemisiae Argyi,then prepare the ointment and studied its antibacterial action.RESULTS The experimental results showed that the ointment is exquisite,stable and posses anti-bacterial action.CONCLUSION The preparation is useful.
