摘要 目的介绍Ⅰ型核糖体失活蛋白抗肿瘤作用的研究概况及展望。方法总结核糖体失活蛋白抗肿瘤作用及机制。结果Ⅰ型核糖体失活蛋白具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。结论Ⅰ型核糖体失活蛋白是很有发展前景的抗肿瘤植物药。 OBJECTIVE To summarize the study progress on the antitumour effect of Type Ⅰ ribosome inactivating proteins. METHODS Sum up the progress of studies on antitumor effect of Type Ⅰ ribosome inactivating proteins and its molecular mechanisms. RESULTS Type Ⅰ ribosome inactivating proteins have obvious effect on tumor. CONCLUSION Type Ⅰ ribosome inactivating proteins will be promising drug on the treatment of tumor.
