摘要
在分析了金属带式无级变速器速比控制系统的原理及其工作特性的基础上,针对无级变速器速比控制系统非线性、时滞等问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制方法,通过制定合适的适应度函数和遗传算子对模糊PID的控制规则进行了优化。最后,通过道路试验给出了使用该控制方法与传统PID控制方法在多工况下的控制效果图,并与结果进行了对比。
Based on the analysis of the principle and working characteristic of speed ratio control system for Continuously Variable Transmission,a control strategy based on Fuzzy PID is proposed aimed at the nonlinear and time lag problems of CVT ratio control system,the fuzzy rules are optimized by Genetic Algorithm. Finally,the strategy is validated according road experiment under complex working condition and compared with conditional PID control strategy.
