摘要 复杂的体系结构,繁琐的实施流程,很大程度限制了问题解决工具TRIZ的应用和推广。SIT(systematic inventive thinking)作为TRIZ的一种简化形式,其保留了TRIZ的设计精髓,简化了问题解决的一般过程。该方法将问题求解过程规范为:问题重组、策略选择、概念生成三个步骤。使得问题解决过程体系简单,流程清晰,高效简捷。对SIT机制的整个流程给予了详尽阐述,最后通过工程实例展示了SIT应用的具体过程。 TRIZ methodology is complicated, and the general problem solving procedure is baffling, which to great extent restricted TRIZ's application and popularity. SIT(Structured Inventive Thinking)-as a simplified version of TRIZ- conserved the pith of it,and simplified the general process of problem solving. The method is a three step procedure :problem reformation,general search strategy selection,and an application of idea provoking techniques. The procedure is simple ,clear,and efficient. The whole SIT mechanism is presented, and an illustrative example is provided.
