摘要
目的:评价高频彩超对乳腺良、恶性肿块二维声像图和彩色多普勒血流显像的诊断价值。方法:应用高频二维超声对470例乳腺肿块患者进行检查,观察肿块的形态、边界、内部回声、病灶后方回声及有无微小钙化灶。彩色多普勒血流图观察乳腺良、恶性肿块的血流特征。所有病例均经手术治疗,将超声诊断与手术病理诊断结果进行对照。结果:超声诊断乳腺疾病470例,术后病理诊断为恶性者102例,良性368例。超声对恶性肿块的诊断符合率为96.1%,误诊率为3.9%;良性符合率为96.7%,误诊率为3.3%。结论:综合评价乳腺肿块的各种超声征象可提高乳腺疾病诊断的准确性。
Objective： To evaluate the value of two - dimensional and high - frequency color doppler in the diagnosis of benign lumps and malignant lumps. Methods： 470 cases with breast lumps were examined by high - frequency two - dimensional ultrasound, the shape, boundary, internal and posterior echo of lumps, microcalcification were recorded. The blood flow characteristics of benign lumps and malignant lumps were observed by CDI. All the cases underwent surgery, the results of ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis were compared. Results： Among 470 cases, 102 cases were diagnosed as malignant lumps, while 368 cases were diagnosed as benign lumps by pathological diagnosis. The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis to malignant lumps was 96. 1% , misdiagnosis rate was 3.9% ; the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis to benign lumps was 96.7%, misdiagnosis rate was 3.3%. Conclusion： The coordinated analysis of ultrasonic features is helpful to promote the diagnostic accuracy.
