摘要
基于蚕蛹蛋白的改性,研究了蚕蛹蛋白制备多肽的酶解工艺。结果表明,用脂肪酶和纤维素酶对蚕蛹蛋白进行脱脂、脱纤维素处理,有助于改善酶解效率;局部酸解、酶解的不同组合对多肽链的长度有可控性。
The zymohydrolysis process for preparing polypeptides from silkworm pupa protein based on the modification of silkworm pupa protein was studied. The results showed that it is helpful to improve hydrolysis efficiency by using lipidase to defat and cellulose to defiber. Various combinations of local aicdolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis have controllability to the length of polypeptide chain.
