摘要
加强师资队伍建设,是确保人才兴校,促进高校可持续发展的根本与关键。我部强化忧患意识与责任意识,举全力抓师资队伍建设,尤其重点抓青年教师的培养。本文从抓规划制度落实、培训策略实施、实训练兵平台搭建、导向促进机制培育等方面,介绍了师资队伍系统工程建设的一些具体做法与经验体会。
Strengthening the building of teaching contingent is essential in ensuring universities' prosperity with talented people and boosting the sustainable development. Our department, with a more mindful of potential perils and a strong sense of responsibility, spares no effort to train our faculty, especially young teachers. This article introduees some concrete measures and experience from the aspects of system implementation, training strategies, and construction of practical training platform.
