高校班集体建设是整个高校管理工作的重要组成部分。班集体的状况如何,直接影响其成员的成长和发展,成为衡量大学生思想政治工作有效性的重要内容。本文作者结合工作实际,论述了创建优秀班集体的重要性和必要性,阐述了对优秀班集体建设的几点思考。
The university class construction is an important part of the entire university management. The condition of class, which will have a direct influence on its members＇ growth and development, has become an important measure of the effectiveness of university students＇ ideology political work. By relating our actual work, this article will elaborate the importance and necessity of excellent class construction and some reflections on it.
