摘要
通过对模式飞剪的现场测试,获得了曲轴、摇床连杆及滑道、下刀架等零部件的实际负载。对负载变化情况进行了分析,并探讨了剪切速度、负载不均衡状况对各零部件负载的影响,为挖掘设备能力,剪切新产品及设备维护提供了依据。
The actual loads of the crankshaft,slide block linkage,slide and lower shear frame of die flying shear were obtained by onthespot testing.The changes on the load were analized;the effects of the cutting speed and the uneven distribution of the load on the parts of the mill were studied.It provides the basis for tapping the potentialities of the equipment,new rollingproducts and maintaining the good condition machines.
