摘要
通过1350℃、N2气氛下,铁酸钙渣系对碳饱和Fe-C-P合金的脱磷试验,发现铁酸钙脱磷剂与氧化物脱磷剂相比,非脱磷途径耗氧量少,且具有良好的脱磷动力学条件;CaF2添加量超过5%后,铁酸二钙比铁酸一钙的脱磷效果好,CaF2的适宜添加量是10%;搅拌加速了铁液内的传质过程,也导致提前出现回磷现象。
Dephosphorization experiments of Csaturated FeCP alloy by calcium ferrite fluxes has been studied at 1350 ℃ under a N2 atmosphere. It was found that with calcium ferrite fluxes less oxygen is consumed for nondephosphorization reactions, and the kinetic conditions of dephosphorization are better comparing with the cases where other fluxes are used, the dephosphorization effect of dicalcium ferrite is better than that of monocalcium ferrite when the CaF2 content in fluxes is more than 5 percent, the suitable content of CaF2 is 10 percent, and the mechanical stirring increases the rate of mass transfer in molten iron, but also increases the rephosphorization rate simultaneously.
