摘要
目的探讨镰旁脑膜瘤的显微外科治疗方法,提高镰旁脑膜瘤的治疗效果。方法采用手术显微镜直视下切除大脑镰旁脑膜瘤26例。结果按Simpson切除脑膜瘤分级标准,SimpsonⅠ级切除24例,SimpsonⅡ～Ⅲ级切除2例,无手术死亡。平均随访40个月均无复发。结论显微外科技术及方法切除镰旁脑膜瘤,可最大限度地减轻对脑和血管的损伤,提高全切除率,避免手术死亡,提高临床效果。
Objective To discuss the microsurgical treatment of falx meningioma. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 26 patients with cerebral falx meningioma treated with mierosurgery from Jan. 2002 to Jun 2007. Results With reference to Simpson＇ s meningioma classification, 24 patients achieved Simpson grade I resection and 2 cases achieved Simpson grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ resection. There was no death due to operation and no recurrence was found during average 40 months follow- up period （6 months to 5 years）. Conclusion Microsurgical technique can obviously increase tumor total removal and avoid recurrence and other severe complications.
