摘要
我科 1991年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 6月对 4 6例大脑镰旁脑膜瘤进行显微手术治疗。按 Sim pson切除分级 ,本组 级切除 35例 ,占 76 .1% , 级切除 11例 ,占 2 3.9% ,无手术死亡 ;随访 9个月至 8年 5个月 ,无肿瘤复发。这提示采用显微外科技术能明显提高肿瘤的全切除率 ,降低复发率 。
A retrospective study was carried out on 46 patients with cerebral falx meningioma treated with microsurgery from Jan.1991 to Jun.2001. With reference to Simpson's meningioma classification, 35 patients achieved Simpson grade Ⅰ resection and 11 cases achieved Simpson grade Ⅱ resection. There was no death due to operation and no recurrence was found during a follow up period of 9 months to 8.42 years. Microsurgical technique can obviously increase tumor total removal and avoid recurrence and other severe complications.
