摘要
莱钢第二炼铁厂烧结车间,在混匀料成份、配比不变的情况下将澳粉在烧结配料室按不同配比加入混合料,研究了澳粉加入量对生产技术指标的影响。结果表明在澳粉配比为6%时,降低工序能耗7.8×105kJ/t,烧结机利用系数由1.21t/m3.h提高到1.26t/m3.h,但烧结矿转鼓强度有待提高。
The ore powder provided by Australia to the varying proportioning is put in the mixture in the sintering ore burden chamber at the condition of constant components and proportioning of blending material in the sintering shop of No.2 Iron making plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel general works.The influence of added quantity of ore powder provided by Australia to the production and technique target is discussed.The result indicates that the process energy consumption is decreased by 78×105kJ/t,the productivity ratio of sintering machine is increased from 121t/m2.h to 126t/m2.h,at proportioning of 6%,but the revolving drum strength remains to be increased.
