摘要
全球信息化浪潮向现有知识产权法律体系提出了挑战，网络下的知识产权问题已成为各国信息化过程中的核心问题之一。专有信息的法律保护、多媒体作品的著作权保护、数据库保护等诸多新问题将促使知识产权法律保护对象和法律结构的调整；而知识产权概念向信息产权概念的发展，或许将成为信息社会中知识产权法律体系的最大变革。
\ The tide of global informatization is challenging the existing legal system of intellectual property.All activities and measures that every country adopts for the protection of intellectual property with the constructions of information superhighway state clearly that,intellectual property protection under a network has become one of the key problems in the process of informatization.A lot of new problems such as the legal protection for monopolized information,the copyright protection for multimedia works,and the legal protection for databases,etc.,will adjust the legal structures of intellectual property.It might be the biggest transformation of the legal system of intellectual property in the society of informatization that the concept of intellectual property evolves to information property.
