摘要
本文研究了H_2O_2-Pd(Ⅱ)一桑色素体系。按正交设计确定了有关试剂的适宜浓度;建立了测定痕量Pd(Ⅱ的新方法。检出限为9.25×10^(-9)g/mL。测定范围0.1～1.0μgPd(Ⅱ)日/25mL。相对标准偏差为5.9%。
The system of H_2O_2-Palladium(Ⅱ)-Morin is investigated, the appopri-ate concentration of relevant is determined with orthogonal design. A newmethod has been developed for detemination of trace palladium (Ⅱ). Thedetection limit is 9.25×10^(-9)g/mL, range of determination is 0.1～1.0μg Pd(Ⅱ)/25mL, and the variation coefficient of 5.9% is obtained.
