摘要
随着医学模式从传统的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会模式的转变,社会心理因素在牙周病的发生、发展、治疗和预后各方面的影响作用逐渐成为研究热点。本文就近年来针对社会心理因素和牙周病关系的临床研究进展进行综述,主要从社会心理因素评定指标、牙周炎评定指标、研究设计以及统计分析/混杂控制4个方面进行阐述,以便进一步探求社会心理因素与牙周病病因关系的临床研究。
Along with the transformation of medical pattern from the traditional biomedical model to the biopsychosoeial medical model, social psychic factors may contribute to the onset, progress, treatment and prognosis of the periodontal disease. Based on the latest clinical studies of the relationship between psychosoeial factors and periodontal disease, psychological measurements, characteristics of the periodontal outcome measures, research design and the statistical analysis and control of the confounding factors were concretely demonstrated in this review, which made it convenient to further explore the etiological relationship between the psychosocial factors and the periodontal disease in clinical study.
