摘要
目的:观察针刺对血管性痴呆模型大鼠认知功能及脑内胆碱能系统的影响。方法:采用永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉制作血管性痴呆大鼠模型,应用水迷宫检测大鼠的认知功能,采用比色法测定大鼠脑内胆碱乙酰基转移酶(ChAT)和乙酰胆碱脂酶(TchE)活性。结果:模型组大鼠的水迷宫潜伏期明显长于治疗组和正常对照组。模型组大鼠海马ChAT活性低于治疗组,且低于正常对照组。模型组大鼠皮层及海马内TchE含量明显高于治疗组和正常对照组,差异皆有统计学意义。结论:针刺可通过对脑内胆碱能系统的调节来明显改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠的认知功能,且对脑内胆碱能系统有明显的调节作用,不仅能够降低TchE活性,而且能够增强ChAT活性,增加脑内Ach的含量,从而达到治疗血管性痴呆的效果。
Objective :To observe the needle on the rat model of vascular dementia and cognitive function in the brain eholinergle system. Methods: Ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries of rats to produce vascular dementia rats, water maze testing of cognitive function in rats, eolorimetrie determination of rat brain and ChAT activity TehE. Results : rats model of the water maze incubation period was longer than the treatment group and control group. Model group hippoeam- pus ChAT activity than the treatment group, Model rats TchE cortex and hippocampus were significantly higher than the treatment group and control group ,there are significant differences. Conchuion:Acupuncture can be on the eholinergie sys- tem in the brain to improve the regulation of vascular dementia rat model of cognitive function, and the eholinergie system in the brain of a clear regulatory role, not only can reduce the activity of TchE, and to enhance the ChAT activity in the brain to increase the content of Aeh, so as to achieve the treatment of vascular dementia.
