谷氨酸钠对大鼠胃粘膜细胞的保护作用

摘要 本文报道了谷氨酸钠对0.6N HCl所致的粘胃膜损伤的影响.0.6N HCl给饥饿大鼠灌胃,可引起严重的胃粘膜损伤,但提前15min以0.25g/kg和0.5g/kg谷氨酸钠溶液灌胃,再给予0.6NHCl,均可防止由盐酸所致的胃粘膜损伤。消炎痛提前60min皮下注射,可阻断谷氨酸钠的细胞保护作用,此外谷氨酸钠还可增加胃壁结合粘液的分泌和增加胃蛋白酶的活性。这些结果说明,谷氨酸钠具有对胃粘膜细胞的保护作用,其机制可能是通过诱发内源性PGS的合成,促进胃壁结合站液的分泌和增加胃蛋白酶的活性共同作用的结果。 The effect of monosodium glutamate (MSG) on 0.6N HCl-induced gastricmucosal damage in rats were studied. The results were as follows: 0.6NHCl given orally to fasted rats produced extensive gastric lesions, MSG(0.25g/kg and 0.5g/kg) given orally 15 min before administration of 0.6NHCl could prevent gastric damage. Indomethacin, an inhibitor of PGSsynthesis, abolished the cytoprotection due to the mild irritants. MSG alsoincreased gastric barrier mucus and the activity of pepsin. From the aboveresult it is suggested that MSG may exert a significant cytoprotective effecton the 0. 6N HCl--induced gastric mucosal damage. The mechanism of thisaction might be due to synthesis of endogenous PGS and increase of gastricmucus secretion.
