摘要
观察了不同剂量的白细胞介素－１（ＩＬ－１）对乙醇诱导的离体孵育胃粘膜细胞损伤的影响。用５％的乙醇造成胃粘膜细胞损伤，观察到ＩＬ－１对乙醇引起的胃粘膜细胞损伤具有直接的保护作用，表现在细胞存活率升高及细胞内乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）漏出减少。提示ＩＬ－１对胃粘膜细胞具有直接的保护作用，这也可能是其整体保护作用的机制之一。

observed the effect of interleukin-1(IL-1)on damage of gastric
mucosal cells induced by ethanol in vitro.Protreatment of IL-1 could
markedly reduce the damage of mucosal cells induced by 5%ethanol.It
was foundthat the survival ratio of mucosal cells was increased and
the intracellular LDH leakage was decreased.These sug-gest that IL-1
could directly protect the gastric mucosal cells and this effect
might explain the protective mecha-nism of IL-1.in vivo.
