摘要
为了了解血液透析（HD）患者甲状旁腺素［PTH（1～84）］和骨钙素（BGP）两者的变化及相互关系，用IRMA和RIA对36例患者测定上述两项内容。维持血透（MHD）患者血清PTH（1～84）和BGP升高，透析后则降低。PTH（1～84）与BGP相关（透析前γ＝0．45，P＜0．005；透析后γ＝0．37，P＜0.01）。PTH可能为影响患者BGP的主要因素之一。
To observe changes and correlation of parathyroid hormone [ PTH(l ～84) ] andosteocalcin (BGP) in hemodialysis (HD), IRMA and RIA were used to detect their levels in 36HD patients. Both PTH(1 ～ 84) and BGP were increased in patients before HD and decreased after HD. PTH(1 ～ 84) was correlated with BGP(γ= 0. 45 P ＜0. 005 before HD and γ= 0. 37, P＜0. of after HD). PTH is one of the main facfors influencing blood BGP content in patients.
