摘要
本文研究了新的指示反应——钒(V)催化氯酸钾氧化邻苯二胺与磺基水杨酸有显色反应,确定了测定超痕量钒(V)的适宜条件。在450nm处测定显色产物的吸光值,灵敏度按表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.6×10~7L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),测定钒量的范围为0.02~1.5ng/mL。应用于土壤及水样中痕量钒的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method, suitable for determiningultratrace (V)existed in soil, water and other substances, when mixed redu-ctant of sulfosalicylic acid and o--phenylendediamine was oxidized bypotassium chlorate using V(V) as catalyst to produce colour indicating re-action, had been established. Its maximun absorption was at 450nm molarabsorptivity was 3.6×10~7 L·moL^(-1)·cm^(-1). The range of determination was0.02~1.5ng/mL. This method was simple, quick and without any interferenceof cations and anions.
