摘要
在某油田提供的60臂测径仪所测的7in套管腐蚀缺陷检测结果及工程测井解释报告的基础之上,用MSC/ARIES、MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件,对其剩余抗爆破和剩余抗挤毁能力进行了分析计算。结果表明:当腐蚀程度不严重时,并不影响其使用性;而当腐蚀达到一定程度时,其剩余强度明显降低。
On the base of the experimental detecting report of Engineering Logging and the results of detecting Corrosion Defects of the 7in casting by the 60-Arm? diameter gauge of some Oilfield, the ability of residual anti-knock and residual anti-collapse of the casting are analyzed by the Finite element analysis software named by MSC/ARIES, MSC/NASTRAN. The analysis results are showed that these defects do not affect its use under the condition that the corrosion is not serious, and the residual strength are significantly reduced and weakened under the condition that the corrosion reaches the certain degree.
