圆形金属蜂窝芯材冲击性能的有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,对12×8圆形金属蜂窝芯材的共面冲击过程进行模拟,得出了圆形金属蜂窝芯材不同冲击速度下的多种变形模式及其动态峰应力的值。从结果可以看出:在共面冲击下,其动态峰应力和冲击速度之间是二次线性关系。这与试验的结果是相一致的。 The coplanar impact of circular metal honeycomb core 12 × 8 was simulated by ANSYS/LS --DYNA. The deformation modes and peak dynamic stress value of circular metal honeycomb core under different impact velocity were educed. It was concluded that the impact velocity and peak dynamic stress under the coplanar impact is quadratic relationship. It was consisted with the test result.
