摘要
采用常规方法测定了两种鸡冠花种子蛋白质的氨基酸含量 。
Amino acid contents in seed proteins of Celosia cristata L. were analyzed. The nutritive value of these proteins was evaluated by the method of fuzzy discernment and the method of chemical analysis, based on the model protein.
