摘要
首先分析了城市洪涝灾害的严重性与形成机制，阐述建国以来河南省各主要城市洪涝灾害的实际灾情，并在此基础上。
This article analyses and evaluates the reasons of City flood and harm to the City in Henan Province, also analyses several city flood's in foronation since 1949. Based on the analysis, It puts forth the strategic countermeasures for the reduction of city flood and urban sustainable development.
