摘要
从江苏海岸带的特征、资源配置和演变规律出发,针对潮滩开发利用和海岸带管理中存在的问题,运用可持续发展理论,因地制宜地提出使经济发展与资源、环境相协调的潮滩区域可持续开发模式;同时把可持续发展的思想体现于海岸带一体化的管理系统之中。
Proceeding from the character, resources distribution and evolution rules of the coastal zone in Jiangsu Province, and in the light of the problems existed in coastal zone management and tidal flats exploitation and utilization, this paper applies the sustainable development theory guide the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of tidal flats, thus promulgates, in line witi local conditions, the regional sustainable development model of tidal flat area which makes ceo nomic development to coordinate with resources and environment ; meanwhile it takes the guiding ideology of sustainable development to be reflected in the system of integrated modern manage ment measures and legislation of the coastal zone.
