摘要
对连云港港区及其附近沿岸26个海洋沉积物样品中的有孔虫作了丰度、分异度和壳体形态特征分析和计算,同时对沉积物中Zn,Cu,Cd,Co和Ni等5种重金属元素的可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、硫化物与有机质结合态和残渣态等5种化学形态进行了测定。相关分析结果表明,重金属对有孔虫有污染影响,但不同金属和同种金属的不同化学形态具有不同的污染作用。
The data and analyses presented in this paper indicate that there are significant relations between coastal heavy metal pollution and foraminiferal fauna characteristics, and differ ent chemical species of metal have different effects of foraminifera in term of morphology, abundance and diversity. All chemical species of Cd and Zn show significant positive correlation with abnormality. Cu displays complex effects on foraminifera. Either carbonate-fixed or sulphide/organic mattercombined state Cu has positive effect on abnormality while other states of Cu appear to have negative effects on abnormality.
