摘要
详尽的分析了建立吉林省重大气象灾害遥感监测评估系统的总体构想，其中包括建立该系统的目的意义分析；国内外发展状况分析；建立系统的前期工作基础及未来前景展望，系统的主要工作及效益分析。对当前及今后一段时间利用遥感手段进行灾害监测评估的主要方向和要解决的主要技术问题都作了阐述。
The outline of evaluation system of remote sensing (RS) monitoring ofmajor meteorological disasters in Jinn province is introduced, including analysis on thepurpose, present condition at home and abroad, initial work foundation and its futureapplication. The development of disaster monitoring and evaluation by means of RStoday and tomorrow and some technological matters to be resolved are discussed.
