癫痫儿童持续性注意的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 癫痫儿童常伴有不同程度的认知损害,其中注意障碍尤其是持续性注意损害正逐步受到临床工作者的重视。影响癫痫儿童持续性注意损害的因素是多方面的,如癫痫的发作类型、癫痫灶的部位、发作间期痫样放电和抗癫痫药物等。因此在选择患儿个体化治疗方案时,持续性注意损害是临床医生需要考虑的内容之一,本文就注意的组成、检测方法、癫痫儿童持续性注意的影响因素及防治等方面作一综述。
