摘要
目的探讨动态脑电图监测结果指导癫痫患者停药的价值探讨。方法选取2016年5月～2017年5月我院收治的癫痫患者100例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,研究组应用24 h动态脑电图进行监测,对照组应用常规脑电图扫描结果。结果研究组检出异常的概率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组睡眠期出现异常放电的概率明显高于觉醒期(P<0.05),睡眠期在NREMⅠ～Ⅱ期出现异常放电的概率明显高于其他时期(P<0.05)。结论在针对癫痫患者停药前进行24 h动态心脑电图监测,可以充分了解患者在药物治疗期间的效果,对患者的用药状况进行判断,对于2年内没有出现临床复发症状,且24 h动态脑电图未出现异常的患者,可以建议其停药。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic EEG monitoring results in guiding the drug withdrawal of patients with epilepsy. Methods A total of 100 patients with epilepsy admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. The study group was monitored by 24-hour dynamic EEG, and the control group was given conventional EEG scan results. Results The probability of abnormality in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The probability of abnormal discharge in the sleep period was significantly higher than that in the arousal period(P<0.05). The probability of abnormal discharge in the NREMI-II phase during the sleep period was obviously higher than that of other periods (P<0.05). Conclusion 24-hour dynamic EEG monitoring before the drug withdrawal of patients with epilepsy can fully understand the effect of patients during drug treatment, and judge the patient's medication status. Patients without clinical recurrence symptom within 2 years and no abnormalities in the 24-hour dynamic brain EEG may be advised to discontinue the drug.
