不同温度对甜菜夜蛾保护酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 室内设置不同温度,在人工饲养条件下研究甜菜夜蛾幼虫不同龄期的存活率及保护酶系SOD、POD、CAT的活力变化。结果表明,在较低和较高温度下甜菜夜蛾幼虫存活率和3种酶的活力明显降低;在23-32°C之间,幼虫存活率和酶活性变化不大。说明甜菜夜蛾幼虫存活率及保护酶活性与温度密切相关,据此可以推测甜菜夜蛾幼虫在高温和低温下致死的原因与保护酶系统被破坏有关。 Spodoptera exigua was treated under different temperatures to determine the SOD,POD, CAT activity and survival rate. The experiment showed that the survival rate at higher temperature and lower temperature was lower. Activity of protection enzymes and survival rate at 23-32°C did not different. Activity of protection enzymes and survival rate under 23°C and over 32°C declined with temperature descending or rising. Close correlation was found between protection enzymes and survival rate and values of higher and lower temperatures. It is shown that the cause of death of Spodoptera exigua at higher and lower temperatures was related to protection enzymes activity.
