临床期糖尿病肾病患者的低蛋白质饮食疗法 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨利用合理的低蛋白饮食(LPD)治疗对临床期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的影响。方法筛选患者随机分优质LPD治疗组(30例)麦淀粉为主要热能来源;正常蛋白饮食组(对照组)20例:蛋白质摄入量为1g/(kg·d),采用普通梗米,其优质动物蛋白<50%。采用LPD治疗及药物治疗的平均时间为(25.65±3.02)d。观察患者病情变化及营养状况。结果患者在治疗后,LPD组血清白蛋白(ALB)明显高于正常蛋白饮食组,血尿酸(UA)和血肌酐(Cr)明显低于正常蛋白饮食组(P<0.01);两组体重差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论合理的低蛋白饮食可以控制DN患者的病情发展,改善营养不良;合适的蛋白质摄入在营养治疗中起重要作用。
