摘要
研究了溶剂萃取油脚制取大豆磷脂的新工艺，确定了工艺条件．磷脂的收率可达８５％．
The extraction technology of soybean phospholipids from oil foot with union method is studied.The technology conditions are determined.The yield of soybean phospholipids reaches to 85%.
