摘要
研究了基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC的太阳能电池板自动跟踪系统,设计了硬件和软件,硬件包括PLC输入输出端口的硬件配置、信号处理单元、光敏电阻光强法比较电路、光伏模块和开关电源部分:软件包括PLC的控制和监控程序与PC机监控和数据处理程序两部分。太阳能电池板自动跟踪系统使光伏模块能实时跟踪太阳光照,从而最大限度地获得太阳能,有效地提高了太阳能的利用率和光伏发电系统的效率,降低了光伏并网发电的成本,具有理论研究意义和应用推广价值。
The paper studies solar panels automatic tracking system based on OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC). The hardware and software are designed, and the hardware included PLC I/O configuration, the signal processing unit, the comparison circuit of photosensitive resistance for detecting ray strength, photovoltaic modules and switch power supply, and the software included PLC programs for controlling and monitoring, and PC programs for monitoring and handling data. The photovoltaic module in the system can track the.sun simultaneously, then the maximum sun energy will be obtained, which has effectively improved the utilization ratio of solar energy and efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system, and has reduced the cost of grid-connected PV power generation with significances of theories research and application values of applications promotion.
