摘要
针对带有定位柱的五金产品,通过有限元模拟和实验,研究了定位柱冲锻成形工艺及模具设计方法,介绍了工艺实验效果。结果表明,优化的工艺方案、合理的模具结构及摩擦润滑条件可以获得定位柱尺寸符合图纸要求以及顶部无破裂缺陷的产品。
According to the positioning pin in metal stamping part, the process of press forging forming and die design for the positioning pin were discussed through finite element simulation and experiments, the good achievements in the experiments were introduced as well. It was shown that the optimal process, the suitable die structure and the friction conditions can lead to forming of positioning pin with good dimensions and head without crack defects.
