摘要
采用含有CrO3、NO3^-、F^-的酸洗液,通过正交试验法.对镁合金光亮酸洗工艺进行了研究。结果表明,各因素对镁合金酸洗效果的影响程度大小依次为:ρ(F^-)〉P(NO3^-)〉t〉ρ(CrO3)。其中F^-和NO3^-的质量分数对镁合金酸洗效果的影响很大,必须严格控制在合适的范围内。镁合金光亮酸洗的最佳工艺配方为:200—270g/L CrO3,30,40g/L NO3^-.2~3.5g/L F^-常温,酸洗时间3min。以此为基础.还通过单因素试验探讨了以上4个因素对镁合金酸洗效果的影响。
The process of bright pickling for magnesium alloys was studied with orthogonal tests. The pickling solution is consisted of CrO3 , NO3^ - and F^-, The results show that degree of influence of each factor is ρ ( F^- ) 〉 p ( NO3^- ) 〉 t 〉ρ( CrO3) , and the content of F^- and NO3^ - must be controlled within a suitable range for their great influence on the pickling effectiveness and surface quality of magnesium alloy. The optimum formula of bright pickling for magnesium alloys is as follows: 200 - 270 g/L CrO3, 30 -40 g/L NO3 , 2 - 3.5 g/L F^-, room temperature, pickling time 3 rain. Based on this, the influences of the above four factors on pickling effectiveness of magnesium alloys were discussed with single factor test.
