摘要
目的建立重连口服液的质量标准。方法对重连口服液中的重楼、黄芩、射干、甘草进行了薄层色谱鉴别；采用薄层扫描法测定连翘苷含量。结果连翘苷在0．2525—1．2625μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．99851，平均加样回收率为98．868％，RSD为1．32％。结论该方法可以有效的控制重连口服液的质量。
Aim To establish the quality standard for Chonglian Oral Solution. Methods Radix Glycytthizae, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Paridis was identified by TLC in Chonglian Oral Solution, and the content of Phillyrin was determined by TLC - scanning. Results TLC identification was highly specific and the sports were clear, and the Phillyrin was linear in the range of 0.2525 μg - 1. 2625 μg, r = 0.99851, average recovery rate was 98. 868%, RSD = 1.32%. Conclusion The quality of Chonglian Oral Solution could be controlled effectively according to the quality standard.
