中药热毒清口服液对内毒素性发热家兔血浆白细胞介素-8和一氧化氮的影响 被引量:5

The Influence of Reduqing Oral Liqid (热毒清口服液) on IL-8 and NO in Plasma in Rabbits with Endotoxic Induced Fever

摘要 目的探求热毒清口服液治疗家兔内毒素性发热的可能机制以及药物作用强度最佳剂量,为临床治疗提供依据。方法家兔随机分为APC组(A组)、热毒清口服液高剂量组(B组)、热毒清口服液中剂量组(C组)、热毒清口服液低剂量组(D组)、模型组(E组)、正常对照组(F组),每组10只。大肠杆菌内毒素于家兔耳静脉缓慢注射,造成家兔发热模型。观察各组药后肛温、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、一氧化氮(NO)水平变化。结果E组家兔血IL-8、NO-2/NO-3水平均较正常对照组显著升高,表明二者协同参内毒素性发热机制。B、C组IL-8、NO-2/NO-3水平均未见明显升高,与E组比较差异有显著性,提示热毒清口服液中剂量及高剂量可抑制IL-8、NO-2/NO-3升高,减轻炎症反应、局部组织细胞及全身性损害,并均有明显解热作用,其与APC比较,其退热作用相对起效较慢,但维持作用时间较长。D组解热作用不明显,B、C组解热作用无明显差异。结论热毒清口服液不仅具有消炎、杀菌和解热功能,而且还具有清除内毒素的作用,可减轻炎症反应、局部组织细胞及全身性损害;其部分机理可能通过调控细胞因子网络而实现。热毒清口服液中剂量为最佳治疗剂量。 Objects:To investigate the effects of Reduqing Oral Liqid(RK, 热 毒 清 口 服 液 ) on Endotoxic fever and the influence on IL- 8 and NO inplasma.Methods:60 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups:Acetylsalicy Acid group, RK high dosage group, RK low dosage group,RK middle dosage group, model group, control group.Results:Plasma IL- 8 and NO increased markedly in model group, which were confirmed pathologically with fever while in RK high dosage group and middle dosage group above- mentioned parameters and fever were reduced significantly. But there was no significantly difference of which between RK high dosage group and middle dosage group.The RK low dosage group was no significantly in reduced IL- 8 and NO and fever. RK high dosage group and middle dosage group fever reduced maintenance longer than APC group.Conclusion:RK has a good effect on rabbits with endotoxic fever. It is of benefice in reducing inflammation, kill germ, allay a fever and eliminate endotoxic in rabbits with endotoxic fever. RK could be used to prevent or treat endotoxic fever through mechanism of regulation of cytokines wet work. That bester dosage is middle dosage.
