摘要
在西部大开发的过程中,政府应该灵活而非僵化地运用比较优势来进行西部地区的产业选择,应该将发展以信息产业为龙头的高新技术产业作为西部产业结构提升的切入口,进而将西部比较优势转化为经济优势和现实优势。
In the course of western development, governments concerned should make the use of comparative advantages flexibly to choose the industry forms in western regions, give priority to develop information industry to improve the industry structure, and really convert the comparative advantages to competitive advantages.
