摘要 研究了2种耐热助剂对乙基硅橡胶耐热性的影响。热空气老化试验结果表明,经200℃×24 h热空气老化后,空白样和添加Fe2O3的试样已经脆化,失去弹性;而添加有机抗氧剂4,4'-双(α,α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺(KY-405)的试样的扯断伸长率仍达186%,比初期减少39%,保持良好的弹性,且其-75℃下的压缩耐寒系数为0.58。TG-DSC试验分析也表明,添加KY-405将乙基硅橡胶的初始分解温度从279℃提高到了336℃,有机抗氧剂通过有效防护乙基硅橡胶中乙基侧链的氧化交联提高了乙基硅橡胶的耐热空气老化性能。 The heat - resistant properties of ethyl silicone rubber were investigated. After hot air aging at 200℃ for 24 h, both silicone rubber samples with and without Fe2O3 fillers hardened and lost elasticity. However, when organic antioxidant 4,4' -bi (α, α -dimethyl benzyl) diphenylamine was added, the elongation at break of the specimen after hot air aging was reduced by only 39% to 186% , and good flexibility was maintained. At - 75 ℃, the cold compression factor of the treated specimen was 0. 58, lower than the blank sample which was 0.07. TG - DSC analysis showed that the antioxidant improved the initial decomposition temperature of ethyl silicone rubber from 279℃ to 336℃ It indicated that the organic antioxidant effectively protected the ethyl side chain oxidation of the ethyl silicone rubber, thus increased its heat-resistant properties.
