摘要
介绍了氨解法制备Ti(C、N)的合成过程。论述了热解温度及热解气氛对Ti(C、N)粉末的组成、比表面积和粒度等性能的影响,并对制得的Ti(C、N)粉末的特性进行了研究。
The synthetic process of Ti(C、N) powder prepared by ammonia thermolysis method has been introduced.Investigation in the effect of thermolysis temperature and atmosphere on the composition, specific surface and particle size ofthe powder and the properties of the obtained Ti(C、N) powder have been conducted.
