肾间质纤维化的中医药防治机制研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fbrosis,RIF)作为独立危险因素比肾小球病变对肾脏病预后的影响更大,RIF几乎是各种慢性肾脏疾病进展至终末期肾衰(ESRD)的共同表现和主要病理基础。目前认为其形成机制是各种原因造成细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)在间质的大量堆积,现代医学治疗的效果尚不理想,而现代药理研究表明中医药在防治RIF方面显示出良好的前景。现将有关中医药防治RIF的进展作一综述。
