摘要
目的:探讨不同时期复发性流产(RSA)与抗心磷脂抗体(ACAb)的关系及治疗。方法:对几年来相关文献进行收集、整理、综合、分析,分别从ACAb导致流产的机制、ACAb阳性血液动力学特点及中西医结合治疗等几方面进行阐述。结论:ACAb与RSA关系密切,中西医结合治疗有一定疗效。
Objective：To discuss the relationship and treatment between recurrent spontaneous（RSA） of different periods and anticardiolipin antibody（ACAb）. Methods：The related papers during the past few years collected,finishded,comprehended analysized .It was clarified from the aspects of the mechanism of RSA to AcAb positive,Caracteristics of blood dynamic parameters in pregnant women with anticardiolipin antibodies and history of adversely pregnant complications and integrative medicine therapy and so on.Conclusion：AcAb is closely connected with RSA .It had effect on treating the disease with integrative medicine therapy.
