摘要
根据经济增长理论、增长模型和Cobb-Douglas生产函数以及1996年到2007年有关数据建立适合安徽省的生产函数,确定影响安徽省经济增长的因素,并在此基础上对各种要素在国民经济增长中的贡献率进行测量和分析,发现安徽省经济增长具有明显的资本驱动性,近10年安徽省技术贡献有下降的趋势,劳动力投入规模已经达到最大,单纯地依靠劳动力的投入不仅不能促进经济的增长而且还有可能降低经济的增长速度,需要重视适度投资、培养人力资本、自主创新和产业结构调整.
Based on the theory of economic growth, the growth model and Cobb - Douglas production function, the data from 1996 to 2007, this paper establishes the production function adapting to Anhui Province , and analyses various elements＇ contribution rate to the national economic growth through economic growth equation. Based on this analysis, this paper draws a conclusion that the economic growth of Anhui Province is obviously capital - driven. In recent decades, the productivity of technology factors has a downward trend. The labor into service has reached its largest scale. The mere labor input can not promote economic growth, but reduces economic growth rate. Lastly, this paper puts forward some practical measures , such as emphasizing appropriated investment, developing human capital, innovating technology and adjusting industry structure.
