对双螺母防松时的螺栓联接装配拧紧工艺进行比较深入的理论分析与讨论,导出了相应的理论计算公式和方法,该计算公式和方法是研究双螺母防松时螺栓联接受力分析、强度计算、装配拧紧工艺设计计算和螺栓螺纹的结构设计的理论基础,为提高螺栓的联接功能、联接的可靠性和装配拧紧比较合理的工艺设计提供参考。
Double nuts anti -loosening link assembly＇ s screwing down process is analyzed and discussed in theory, and some important formulae and methods are derived. These formulae and methods are theoretical principles to study double nut anti -loosening link assembly force analysis, strength calculation, screwing down process design calculation and screw threads structural design. The reference in promoting bolt link, reliability and reasonable process design is provided from the above formulae and methods.
