摘要
抛射起动压力对子弹抛射速度、抛射最大压力和抛射药燃烧结束点位置有较大影响,是抛射内弹道设计与仿真需重点考虑的因素之一。鉴于此,文中研究了弹体与弹底采用螺纹连接的子母类弹丸的抛射压力计算方法,给出了抛射起动压力的理论计算公式和基于试验的工程算法,实验表明,该方法与实际十分吻合,为未来相似弹丸抛射内弹道的设计提供了理论依据。
The ejection initiating pressure which is a key consideration for ejection interior ballistic design and simulation has significant effect on ejection speed, maximum ejection pressure and burning final position of expelling charge. In the paper, the ejection pressure calculating method of shrapnel whose airframe and bottom is connected with thread was studied, and the theoretical formulas and experiment based projection algor; thms of ejection initiating pressure were given. The experiments show the method matches actual condition and can be referred for future projectice ejection interior ballistic design.
