摘要
用低分子天然抑瘤物体外培养净化自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）治疗急性白血病２６例，其中急性髓细胞白血病２１例，急性淋巴细胞白血病５例。移植时中位年龄２７．５岁。２６例中２４例为ＣＲ１，２例分别为ＣＲ２和ＣＲ３。移植后未用抗白血病药物治疗，中位无病生存期２０个月，预期５ａ无病生存率为５３．３％，复发率为３９．４％，移植相关死亡率为７．６％。
26 patients with acute leukemia underwent autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) of their bone marrow grown in longterm culture containing low molecular weight natural tumor suppressor. Their median ages were 27.5 years old (Range:8～42 years old), 16 patients were males and 10 females. 21 patients were acute myelogenous leukemia and 5 patients were acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Before ABMT, 24 patients remained in first CR, one patient in second CR and one in third CR. All patients received no chemotherapy after ABMT. Median disease free survival (DFS) were 20 months. The projected 5 years DFS and relapse rates were 53.5% and 39.4%, respectively. Transplantrelated mortality was 7.6%.
